The hotel offers excellent service with professional and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice facilities like an indoor pool. The location is safe, with guards and bouncers on the property. it has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
There were some issues reported with the quality of amenities, such as water leakage in the bathroom and dirty pillow covers.

The hotel was well-situated with good security measures in place, making me feel safe during my stay. The trained staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the indoor pool was a bonus with excellent facilities on offer. The rooms were a good value for the price.
This hotel really fell short in terms of safety measures for women. After 5PM, there were no women staff onsite, which is unacceptable in this day and age.

The staff working was well trained and professional. The rooms were really nice and clean. Another positive aspect was the availability of an indoor pool which was great fun to swim in. The hotel is also located in a safe area.
Be warned that there are no women staff after 5 PM which may not make some solo female travelers feel safe. The staff's understanding of English was poor and when they entered the room at 10 PM to fix the leak, they left the mess behind and did not fix the issue.
